ARC3 came to our office to discuss fitness optimisation, nutrition strategies, and focus. I like to think I'm fairly knowledgeable about my health. I monitor what I eat and work out regularly, but I tend to be an all-or-nothing person, which affects everything - nutrition, movement, and my mental health.
