Our 90-minute ARC3 Corporate Workshop

What Does Our Workshop Cover?

Most of us already know that fitness, nutrition and mindset affects how we feel day to day. What’s far less understood - especially in workplaces - is that those same inputs interact with our biology in ways that directly shape energy, focus, decision-making and resilience.


ARC3 translates biology into practical performance strategy. We give individuals a simple framework across Fitness, Focus and Fuel, designed to work with their physiology rather than fight it. The result is a healthier, more stable, higher-performing workforce - and a competitive advantage that’s measurable, repeatable and built for the real world.


This workshop is ideal for organisations supporting high-performing individuals in demanding roles, hybrid teams, or fast-paced corporate environments where sustained focus, cognitive clarity, and physical robustness matter.


What Your Employees Will Achieve From Our Workshop...

FITNESS - Movement & Strength Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Learn how to build a realistic weekly movement plan that fits demanding schedules, using UK public health guidance as the baseline.
     
  • Understand why the 150 minutes per week activity recommendation exists and how to accumulate it through small, repeatable blocks without adding extra time to the day.
     
  • Apply practical tactics to break up long periods of sitting during meeting heavy days, reducing physical stiffness and cognitive fatigue.
     
  • Learn strategies to maintain consistency when workload increases, to sustain high performance in busy periods, supporting the principle that some activity is better than none.
     

FOCUS - Managing Workplace Stress & Mental Health

  • Your team will learn how modern life hijacks the brain’s reward system - why notifications, novelty, and constant switching between tasks can pull attention in different ways and leave you feeling cognitively wiped out. 


  • This workshop builds practical strategies for creating healthier sources of reward, setting digital and physical boundaries, and reducing overstimulation so employees can protect focus, think more clearly, and sustain effort across demanding days. 


  • For hybrid and work-from-home teams, intentional boundaries reduce the 'always-on' blur between work and home, protecting concentration and making deep work easier - which translates into cleaner output, faster follow-through, and fewer avoidable errors.

FUEL - Nutrition Outcomes

  • Individuals will learn how to structure everyday meals using an Eatwell compatible plate, including higher fibre starchy carbohydrates, fruit and vegetables, protein foods, and appropriate fats, aiming for balance across the day and week, supporting steady workday energy and concentration in line with UK public health principles.
     
  • Individuals will learn how inconsistent meals, low fibre intake, and micronutrient gaps can increase energy volatility and lower stress tolerance at work, and why this can be more pronounced in women during high demand periods.
     
  • Individuals will learn how to combine protein, fibre, and carbohydrates for better blood sugar stability and choose micronutrient dense options that support cognitive performance during demanding weeks, translating public health guidance into practical workplace behaviours that employers can scale across teams.

PLEASE NOTE: Our workshop is grounded in women’s physiology to reflect the specific needs of women in the workplace. The sessions are inclusive by design and open to all employees; however, the most detailed applications are specific to female physiology, so may be less directly relevant for those without female physio
